PERSONALITY and SKILLS.
How do we persist to acquire these?
9 PERSONALITY TRAITS
#1 Trustworthiness
This is the number one personality characteristic that someone needs to have in order to succeed in real estate.
Every encounter, every situation requires trust. It serves you well if you are naturally trustworthy.
#2 Leadership
As a real estate agent, you are the leader of your business. You are the person with the vision.
Any person with a number of followers is set to be a leader. And it''s up to you on what kind of leader you should become.
There are so many leadership styles, but no style is superior.
Having leadership as a characteristic automatically improves your chances for success.
#3 Persistence
In the day-to-day running of your business, you are going to face tons of problems.
When you give up halfway, this simply means you do not have the ability to persevere.
It's up to what extent you are willing to give with a choice to give up or overcome.
#4 Vigilance and Flexibility
Real estate is super notorious.
Be observant. Observe what is happening around you. Be able to recognize opportunities. As simple as that!
When the market changes, anyone would be taken by surprise, but it would be more extreme if you are not flexible.
#5 Having an effective BULLSHIT DETECTOR
Everyone around you has something to say about what you are doing, and some of those who are talking mislead people. Then you wouldn't which is true or not.
As a realtor, you need to make tons of decisions and having this BS Detector is very important because if you don't, you will be easily convinced by con men.
That will make it very hard to succeed.
#6 Luck
Any successful agent out there says luck plays a part in being a realtor.
I order to succeed, you need to be lucky to be with the right person, at the right place, and at the right time.
#7 Doing what is REQUIRED
You can't let procrastination get the best of you. You can't avoid certain situations an even let certain people hinder you from doing what is required.
Remember, as a Real Estate Agent, you are getting paid to solve a problem. So, TAKE ACTION.
#8 Being in Balance
Be able to recognize that the opportunity is out there. The positive and the negative will always be bound to happen and when this happens to you, you remain NEUTRAL.
Don't let emotion stand in the way. Yes, you can be excited and even smiling at a new day, but also being able to recognize the dangers and problems that need to be solved.
#9 Knowing your STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES
Recognize your strengths and weaknesses. This is crucial intelligence.
Be aware of what strengthens and weakens you.
When you realize that your strength is someone's weakness and your weakness is someone's strength, you end up complimenting each other. You know your strengths and can hire someone to help you with your weaknesses, in that case.

Master your skills and techniques through repeated practice.
#1 Marketing
This is the lifeblood of your business. Without marketing, no leads are going to make its way to you.
You need the right kind of marketing to get prospects and that is by chasing the RIGHT.
The right kind of marketing will make a huge impact in the number of clients you attract.
#2 Sales
Mastering the art of sales is how you earn the commission.
When you have a buyer, you have to convince the other party to buy. That when we negotiate. It's now up to you.
There is no limit to becoming a better salesman.
#3 Customer Service
The only goal of your business is to produce more and more customers and that is only possible with exceptional customer service.
Gain more customer by taking care of them and they will help you increase your profit ten-fold.
#4 Hiring the right TEAM
Improve your skill of recruiting to be able to create a strong team and be able to delegate your tasks effectively.
